How to know what size I am?

Before placing your order, please refer to the size guide provided under each product in our catalog.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Your purchase will arrive at your address within 3 to 5 business days.

How does my order arrive?

All our orders will be shipped according to the information you provide, and they will be delivered through one of the courier services we have a partnership with.

What are the payment methods?

PayPal, Mercado Pago, Oxxo deposit, Bank deposit, Bank transfer, Credit card, and Debit card.

To make an exchange, please send us an email atcontacto@gymrat.com, within 15 days of receiving the merchandise at your address, providing the following information:

Subject: Exchange and your order number

Reason for exchange: 

After receiving a response, you need to purchase the product'Product exchange'located at the bottom of the page inShipping fee payment"and has a cost of $5.59 USD.

After purchasing the product,'Product exchange'we will send you the shipping label from a courier company to proceed with the exchange.

Once we receive the items you want to exchange, we will send the new ones to your address. The estimated delivery time is onew week. 

You can exchange them for any product as long as it is of the same price. The exchange can only be made if there is available stock. 

The products that have discounts, are not eligible for exchange.

IMPORTANT

 In order to validate any exchange or return, the items must be in perfect condition as they were delivered (unused) and clean. Come in their original packaging and with the label that was attached to the product upon delivery. 

You have 15 business days to initiate your exchange or return from the day you received your order.. In case of a return, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs depending on your location. The refund for the product will be processed in the same manner as the original payment, and you can expect to receive it within approximately. 15 business days starting from the day we receive the returned items.For more information, please refer to our Return and/or Product Exchange Policy.)

Important: There are no exchanges or returns for discounted products.

 Before returning or exchanging items, please read and follow the instructions below. It is important to know our policy so that any change or return can be made. 

GENERAL DISPOSITION 

To return or exchange any garment you must follow the following steps:

  1. Comply with the validity of 15 days after the delivery of the merchandise at your home and that the products are in perfect condition. 
  2. Please contact us at “contacto@gymrat.comand provide specific information regarding your exchange or return using the following format:
    1. Subject: Change or return and your order number
    2. Name
    3. Reason for change or return:
  3. By sending the request, you will be answered by mail within the first 24 hours, confirming the change or return.
  4. Depending on the situation, buy a product in “Shipping fee payment” located at the bottom of the website.
    1. In case of change you will have to buy the product'Product exchange'which has a cost of $5.59 USD. (Check the changes tab to know the procedure)
  1. Once the address is confirmed, we will send you the shipping guide to make the change or return. 
  2. In case of change, the new product will be delivered in the following 7 business days after receiving the product that needs to be changed. 
  3. In case of refund, the refund will be made within 15 business days after receiving the product to be returned. 

 If the garment you ordered is not your size and you want to change it:  

In this case, you can request a change of size without problem, as long as you keep the labels, the packaging bag and the conditions in which the merchandise was delivered, in addition to not being stained or mistreated. 

The form of return and/or exchange must be requested within a maximum of 15 calendar days after the delivery of your merchandise and have properly complied with the return and/or exchange procedure indicated in the previous numbers. 

Wrong product:

In the event that the products that will arrive at your home are not those requested, please contact us by email: "contacto@gymrat.comIn this case, the change, as well as the shipping costs, will be borne by Gymrat.
